Egg Salad w/ Bacon

I don't know a lot of people who eat egg salad sandwiches on a regular basis, but I think that's probably because very few people ADD BACON to egg salad sandwiches!  I saw the dude in front of me at work order the egg salad, add mayo and bacon...and couldn't resist following in his footsteps.  He seemed so happy when I told the sandwich lady to make me exactly what "that man" is eating, and I certainly wasn't disappointed.  The egg salad at the Bell Street Cafe is pretty solid on its own... but adding bacon and a half bowl of soup is about the best meal $4 can buy.  YES... only $4.  One of the greatest lunches of my summer downtown.
