Before leaving L'AuBerge, I grabbed another comped meal. This time, I went to the cafe and grabbed some fried chicken and biscuits, served with a huge portion of white gravy. This was probably the perfect order, but the chicken was a bit overcooked, leaving it a tad too dry. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and dousing the entire plate with Tabasco sauce was definitely necessary. This was an OK meal overall, which made me reflect on the fact that next time, I need to spend a lot more time in the lazy river, and less time playing the evil game of blackjack.
