So I've learned that the executive MBAs definitely eat better than us. Once back from vacation, I went to campus to do some work, and ended up scavenging after an executive MBA luncheon. Pictured here is some salmon, wild rice and a few fresh grilled veggies. The food was excellent, especially the rice. Meanwhile, if I see Niko Niko's one more time...I think I'm going to punch myself in the nuts. But alas, beggars can't be choosers. Where has Chicken Kitchen been???
