After a long day at K1 Racing in Cypress (using a Groupon with the little bro), I thr ew a couple of burgers on the grill and went to town on some hatch crab cakes as well (from HEB). This burger pictured here was cooked medium well, topped with swiss cheese, red onions and BBQ sauce. Having a meal like this was definitely necessary after a long day chasing around a 10 year old kid at K1. That place is insane...as I saw about 10 cars plow into the walls during my 4 hours there (we had to leave for 2 hours in the middle for food as we had to put our names on a waitlist due to extreme Groupon usage on the weekend). The carts are fast, but it definitely wasn't worth $44 for 4 races (usually $20 per race), since every race gets interrupted 5x due to crashes. Also, the track had almost no straightaways, and seemed kind of cramped into the building. Overall, I thought it was shitty, but since the place is a money pit, kids obviously seem to love it.
