Shrimp and crab enchiladas for $8? Sign me up! After hosting a fantasy draft on Monday, we headed over for some good Mexican food over at El Patio. Paired with a deadly blue margarita, I ate this shrimp and crab enchilada and needed a nap immediately. There was plenty of shrimp in this lunch special platter, but I do have to ask.... where was the crab? I'm not sure about this, but the enchilada appeared to have zero crab. Regardless, the platter was delicious, even though the refried beans were really strong. WELCOME BACK NFL!!!!!!!!!!!!
