Prior to finals, my beautiful wife brought me home leftovers from a Ghanese BBQ that she attended. I went straight for the empanada looking things, while skipping the rice and beans which were pretty authentic (I think). The spring rolls were brought by someone Asian...I assume...and the chicken wings were from Wingstop! So yea, basically I wasn't as adventurous as this post originally sounded, but hey...at least I took a bite from the rice, right?
