When I told a random person that I was going to have brunch before coming back to Houston, and he responded, "Oh! Breadwinners?", I knew this place had to be legit. After scouring the menu for the perfect order, I ran into the Southern Benedict, which is described by the Breadwinner's menu as --SOUTHERN pulled pork, frizzled onion, buttermilk biscuit,
TABASCO hollandaise
And the verdict was.... LEGIT. The frazzled onions were delicious, and the tabasco hollandaise were amazing as well. I ate the whole thing and nearly popped. I WILL be back to Breadwinners the next time I'm in Dallas during a weekend.
