Gotta love breakfast buffets, right?  I was at a recruiting event last week where I was pampered with 3 buffet meals from the campus restaurant.  For breakfast, I loaded up with potatoes (some of the best potatoes I've ever had), a peppers quiche, a cheddar biscuit topped with gravy, and some fresh smoked salmon.  A pretty odd combination in general, but every item on this plate played a role in powering me through an exhausting day of networking events.  This was definitely me holding back, after having the dinner buffet the night before (sea-bass and scallops heaven, along w/ jumbo shrimp).  Possibly the only "Vegas Style" buffet in Westlake, TX....and not open to the public.
