There's nothing like mom's beef noodle soup. If I had a last meal, I would eat this along w/chicken fried steak and lobster! No clue how she puts this together, and I'm pretty sure its too complicated to learn (tons of Chinese spices), but I could probably eat about 5 bowls of this if she kept it coming. God, just writing about this makes me hungry right now. I enjoyed this last weekend with a massive hangover, which made it that much more amazing.
