I started my diet last Monday by having some fruit for breakfast (after a 3 mile run).  I then got to school, and saw this magnificent spread of Chinese food from Wan Fu for our free lunch Monday at school.  I had no choice but to load my plate with orange chicken, beef w/ broccoli, pepper steak, a few veggies, crab rangoon, spring rolls, egg rolls and dumplings!  I somehow resisted the INTENSE desire to go back for seconds, which led me to consider this meal a small victory.  I then walked back by the lunch room 2 hours later, and saw that the food was still there.  That led me to go ahead and grab the seconds that were in my destiny....which led to a very bloated Monday.  Blah.
