I have no idea where this BBQ was from, but it was DELICIOUS! (All I know is it is from somewhere in the Heights). Pictured here is a bunch of the "moist" brisket along w/ a few slices of sausage. I also put some cole slaw and rice on my plate, but I think it was really just for decoration. I must admit that the cole slaw was freakin' amazing though...Now if I could only figure out where this was from...as there's nothing quite like staring into a buffet sized serving of moist brisket and sausage slices. Texas BBQ is the best! 1 Final paper to go... which is almost complete.....ahggg, If Arian Foster scores 16 points tonight, its gonna be a happy GCM fantasy season!
