My last summer before the end of my 3rd (out of 4) semesters of B-School. Leaney's uncle was in town, so we hit up the Gringos near Sugarland for a family dinner. I went with the beef fajitas, which are actually some of the best in the business. At normal prices (only $12), I think that these fajitas are just as good as the $20 versions you would get at a Pappasitos, or El Tiempo, etc. I also want to commend Gringos for offering both red AND green salsas with their free chips. The chips are a bit meh (they aren't freshly made), but the salsas more than make up for it. Really good dinner, at a really reasonable price.
