Post Thanksgiving, it's important to put the leftovers to good use. Pictured here is a Chef GCM Thanksgiving sandwich, using the leftover ham and bacon to make a delicious sandwich. Inspired by other popular Thanksgiving style sandwiches, I took a couple of pieces of wheat, slapped on some cheese, grilled the bread (grilled cheese style with butter on both sides) and stuffed this sucker full of leftover meats and cranberry sauce. The sandwich turned out pretty delicious, and was served with a side of fries. Why can't they sell 5 lb turkeys???
